Building Permit Certifications
All Building Permits, for all forms of construction works, are processed and issued under the Victorian Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2006, the NCC (National Construction Code of Australia) & Relevant Standards.
Fire Engineering Consultancy & Audits
Certified Building Surveying are able to carry out Fire Safety audits, to investigate and assess compliance under the NCC.
Performance based Building Permits Approvals & Alternative Solutions
Assisting in early involvement in a project allows us to produce the most cost-effective designs and construction techniques. With an understanding of the Building Code parameters, together with extensive experience, we consult with Fire Engineers at all stages to produce and maintain compliance and greater levels of Fire Safety, whilst in keeping with the Performance Requirements of the NCC.
Essential Services
We are accredited to provide certification to the Essential Safety Measures Legislation, in the relevant Building Act and Regulation throughout Victoria.
